Shipping policy

5. Delivery

5.1 The delivery times specified by Leka Trading B.V. are indicative and

shall never be considered as final deadlines.

5.2 Leka Trading B.V. shall endeavor to deliver the Products within the

agreed timeframe. Should delivery be

delayed, Leka Trading B.V. shall inform the Purchaser thereof as soon as

possible.

5.3 Exceeding the delivery term does not entitle the Purchaser

to compensation, unless the delay is a direct result of

intent or gross negligence on the part of Leka Trading B.V.

5.4 Leka Trading B.V. is authorized to deliver the Products in parts.

5.5 The risk with regard to the Products transfers to the Purchaser at

the moment of delivery.
